Do Pathway suites provide housekeeping services ?
Pathway Suites can provide housekeeping services during your stay only when requested, subject to additional charges and availability.

Do Pathway suites offer pick-up & drop off services to Toronto Person airport ?
Pathway Suites can arrange pick-up and drop off services to Toronto Pearson Airport only when requested in advance, subject to additional charges depending on number of passengers and luggages.

What Method of Payment is accepted ?
We accept ALL major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard ,Paypal and American Express. We also accept debit, e-mail money transfer and wire transfer subject to surcharges where applicable.

Do Pathway suites collect the security deposit ?
Yes, we collect a $300 security deposit refundable only after check out, satisfactory suite inspection and return of the suite keys. This is required in advance prior to arrival (in order to confirm suite reservation) on top of the full rental charges .

What is our cancellation policy ?
Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the arrival date, Pathway Suites require five (5) days notice to avoid any penalty. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

I had a very great experience with Pathway Suites and will definitely be coming back! Once we arrived at Pathway Luxury's office (in the same building) for key pick-up, the employee there was very friendly. I was handed an envelope containing my keys and a welcome letter containing important information such as the Wi-Fi password, the location of the amenities etc, which I found very professional. The security guard on the main level was friendly. I then took the elevator to the suite and was very happy with that I saw. A breath taking view, very modern decor and industrial style appliances. Overall, this was my smoothest and most enjoyable AirBnb experience to date. Thank you Hammad and Murphy.
