Yes, we collect a $300 security deposit refundable only after check out, satisfactory suite inspection and return of the suite keys. This is required in advance prior to arrival (in order to confirm suite reservation) on top of the full rental charges .

Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the arrival date, Pathway Suites require five (5) days notice to avoid any penalty. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
